• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000.
• A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below the free shipping threshold and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number along with clear photos of the package and product.
